There is a new file in the list on the right. This has the Adult Facilitator's phone and email contacts while on the trip along with housing, packing, airline, ... information.
As it is titled: "Parent’s Refrigerator Information on the Youth Mission Trip"

Today, Delta's policy for what you can bring into the flight cabin is one carry-on item (22" x 14" x 19" maximum), one personal item (purse, briefcase, camera bag or diaperbag)+ jacket and, of course, any needed assistive device (eg.,crutches).
