Good Morning Everyone!

Are you awake yet? : )

Happy travels today -with more sunshine than rain on your shoulders.

Beignets and cafe au lait (or coffee with chicory) are breakfast that has put New Orleans on the map. I hope you'll savor the opportunity. Lucky ducks!

(Who will be positively thrilled to learn if you REALLY DO get this blog. : )

Hannah's CD has been burned. Too late for the trip down. Should I mail it to the Camp Rhino address for the return trip? As Hannah would say: is mail "a thing" on this trip?

Hello everyone!!!!
Travels were good, though I'm not sure how much sleep we all got.... coach bus seats: not the most comfortable. We arrived in New Orleans around 10 this morn, took a couple hours of NECESSARY clean-up and headed out to the busy streets of the city! We visited a museum about Hurricane Katrina and took a stroll through a voodoo shop (tourism purposes only!!!).
So far it's been good and we all cannot wait for what the week brings!!

p.s. Yes Mom, we got your message. Thanks for the bakery suggestion.
